Food Pharmacy

Food Rx addresses the barriers associated with maintaining a healthy diet such as food costs and accessibility. Participants in the program are able to pick up free, nutritious food every week at any participating food pharmacy. The groceries are only available to those participating in this program. Our pharmacy is NOT run by Wellbuilt Bikes, but is located inside of the bike store at University Mall.

Punch Cards

The Food prescription is valid for 6 months of weekly food access. Your punch card must be shown to prove enrollment in the program.

Locations

Food prescription can be filled each week at any one of the participating Healthy Community Network food pharmacies.

Refills

At the end of 6 months, if you feel like you need to continue the program, talk to your provider and request a prescription refill.

Surveys

You will be asked to complete a series of short surveys as a requirement of participation in this program.
